PCB Layout and DFM Review Services

From Design Requirements to Fabrication Data

Send your schematic, mechanical outline and electrical requirements for a project review. Layout work starts with an agreed scope: component placement, routing, stack-up coordination, design-rule checks and manufacturing outputs. The quotation confirms the supported design tool, file formats, revision rounds and responsibilities.

Information Needed Before Layout

  • Schematic and netlist, BOM with manufacturer part numbers, component footprints and datasheets.
  • Board outline, mounting holes, connector locations, enclosure clearances and keep-out areas.
  • Power and current requirements, interface speeds, impedance targets, isolation constraints and thermal conditions.

Review and Deliverables

Agree the proposed stack-up and fabrication rules before routing. Review return paths, plane transitions, via structures, assembly clearances and test access. Release files may include native layout data, Gerber or ODB++ outputs, drill files, fabrication notes, BOM and pick-and-place data, as specified in the order.

DFM review evaluates manufacturability; it does not replace circuit verification, signal-integrity simulation, EMC testing or product certification. Confirm these activities separately, then approve the final revision before production.
