Insulated metal substrates provide a heat path through a dielectric layer to a metal base. Dielectric thermal resistance, electrical isolation, copper thickness and the connection to the heatsink all affect the result. Supply the heat load, operating voltage, temperature limits and mounting details; metal alone does not guarantee thermal performance.

Before Requesting a Quote
Provide the current Gerber or ODB++ package, drill data, fabrication drawing, quantity and delivery destination. For assembly, include the BOM and placement data. Material substitutions, inspection records and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production.
