Flexible circuits reduce connector count and fit constrained assemblies. A design intended for repeated movement needs different review from a flex installed once. Provide bend radius, bend direction, cycle expectations, copper orientation, coverlay openings and stiffener locations, together with the mechanical drawing.

Before Requesting a Quote
Provide the current Gerber or ODB++ package, drill data, fabrication drawing, quantity and delivery destination. For assembly, include the BOM and placement data. Material substitutions, inspection records and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production.
