HDI construction uses fine routing and microvia structures to fan out dense components. The build-up sequence, stacked or staggered microvias and via filling affect the manufacturing route. Submit the BGA pitch, proposed stack-up and via map so routing needs can be reviewed against fabrication and reliability constraints.

Before Requesting a Quote
Provide the current Gerber or ODB++ package, drill data, fabrication drawing, quantity and delivery destination. For assembly, include the BOM and placement data. Material substitutions, inspection records and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production.
