PCB fabrication for different design requirements
Our PCB portfolio includes double-sided, multilayer, HDI, flexible, rigid-flex, RF and insulated metal substrate boards. Material, layer count, copper weight, via structure, surface finish and controlled impedance are reviewed against the complete design. Capability is confirmed during quotation because an individual minimum value does not describe whether a full board can be produced reliably.
Turnkey PCBA from BOM review to testing
For full turnkey PCBA, Benchuang can combine bare-board production with BOM checking, component purchasing, solder paste printing, SMT placement, THT assembly, inspection and the agreed test process. Key IC substitutions are controlled by customer approval, while passive alternatives can be managed according to a written approved-alternates policy.
- Engineering review: Gerber or ODB++ data, stack-up, BOM, pick-and-place files, drawings and test requirements are checked before release.
- Assembly planning: Stencil, panelization, component orientation, special handling, reflow constraints and manual processes are defined for the build.
- Inspection and test: AOI, X-ray for hidden solder joints, electrical test, programming, ICT or functional testing can be included according to project requirements.
- Traceability and change control: Material, lot, revision, approved deviations and test records can be managed according to the agreed production documentation.
Prototype, pilot and repeat production
Prototype and production orders have different priorities. Early builds focus on resolving design and sourcing risk; pilot runs confirm fixtures, work instructions, test coverage and repeatability; production orders require controlled files, approved BOMs and stable acceptance criteria. Planning these stages together reduces avoidable engineering changes after the product is released.
