Information for an Accurate Quotation
For PCB Fabrication
- Gerber files and NC drill files, or an available ODB++ or IPC-2581 package.
- PCB type and layer count: rigid PCB, flexible PCB, rigid-flex PCB, multilayer PCB or HDI PCB.
- Board dimensions, finished thickness, copper weight, material and required stack-up.
- Impedance requirements, surface finish, via structure, special processes and testing requirements.
- Prototype, pilot or production quantity, target delivery date and shipping destination.
For PCBA Projects
- BOM with manufacturer part numbers, approved alternatives and component sourcing requirements.
- Pick-and-place file, assembly drawing, polarity information and any special assembly instructions.
- Programming, functional testing, inspection, packaging and traceability requirements.
If your technical package is not complete, send the available files and describe the product application, expected quantity and target schedule. Our team will identify the information still required before quotation.
For supplier qualification, state whether you require current ISO, IATF, UL, CQC, process-capability or inspection documentation.
